What are the costs for an initial assessment and report?
We provide a fixed-fee structure for case managers. Please contact us for our current rates.
Do you require a formal Letter of Instruction?
While we can discuss a case based on an initial enquiry, we generally require an LOI prior to the assessment to ensure all clinical and legal requirements are met.
Are your clinicians HCPC registered?
Yes. Our clinical team is fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and BAPO registered and have Professional Indemnity.
What is included in your clinical reports?
Our reports include client history, physical and assessment results, clinical diagnosis, proposed treatment plans, and a transparent cost breakdown.
Can you see clients in their home, care facility, or rehab unit?
Yes. We offer assessments and fittings at a location that suits your client, including home visits, care homes, rehabilitation units, and hospital wards. We understand that many of the clients case managers support have complex needs that make travelling to a clinic difficult or inappropriate.
What funding routes do you accept?
We work with a range of funding routes including personal injury case management budgets, compensation claims, private self-pay, and solicitor-instructed appointments. Please contact us to discuss your client’s specific situation and we will advise on the most appropriate route.
Can you liaise directly with solicitors and other members of the MDT?
Yes. We are happy to communicate directly with solicitors, rehabilitation consultants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals involved in your client’s care. We aim to reduce the coordination burden on case managers wherever possible.
